By accessing or purchasing from our website www.thetastingclub.com.au you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Age

Any persons using this website for any purpose whatsoever must be at least 18 years of age. It is illegal to purchase items from this website if you under the age of 18 years.

It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years

When purchasing from www.thetastingclub.com.au you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years old and that anyone you may be supplying /providing alcohol to is over the age of 18

3. Purchasing Online

All website content & images used on The Tasting Club website are provided without warranty. Changes may be made to content online at any time and may at times refer to products not available in your area or country. Please contact us at any time for any specific queries as vintages, product conditions and availability change rapidly.

All products displayed on our Website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and optional insurance charges provided at check out

5. Delivery

The Tasting Club does not currently offer same day deliveries

The Tasting Club does not currently offer delivery to international destinations

Free delivery services can apply to urban areas in Australia for orders over $300. Refer to our current Shipping Policy. Delivery of goods can occur between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday (normal business hours).

A variety of third party couriers are used in order to ship goods across the country. Once items have been dispatched from our warehouse, they are outside of our direct control. Given this, it should be noted that minor scuffs, scratches and label damage do not constitute as damaged goods as the contents inside the bottle are unaffected as all bottles purchased from The Tasting Club are meant to be consumed – not displayed in a collection

A signature will be required upon delivery by a person 18 years of age or over

6. Insurance

Title in goods passes to the purchaser/buyer once the order leaves our premises.

We strongly recommend you purchase insurance as part of your purchase at our website checkout to cover for loss or damage of your item/s in transit.

If you don’t purchase insurance, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from non-delivery once the item has been posted

7. Liquor Licence

The NSW Liquor Act 2007 prohibits the sale of liquor to persons under the age of 18 years. When placing an order, you will be asked to confirm that you are 18 years of age or over and to supply your date of birth. It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over and that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and the offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct. If you do not confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed.
