Lark

This export release is double distilled in small copper pot stills and aged in carefully selected quarter casks. The beauty is the smaller barrels accelerate maturation while imparting complex notes of citrus, butterscotch and Tasmanian peat. This is a gold-medal-winning dram that showcases the very best of southern hemisphere whisky making.
